Bella Teresina Inn’s Policies
INN HOURS: Check in: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm; Check out: 11:00 AM; Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
WEEKEND BREAKFAST: Inn guests are served breakfast between 8:30-10 a.m. (arranged at time of reservation) in the formal dining room or outside patio table (if weather permits), unless private in-room dining has been pre-arranged and can be accommodated. A lavish breakfast bar is served Monday through Friday to ensure each of our guests can eat at their leisure during the week.
GUEST SERVICES: A hospitality bar with beverages/snacks available 24 hours a day. Each room has hair dryer, luxurious his & hers robes, slippers, TV and DVD.
OCCUPANCY: Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two people per room regardless of age. Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Please note, only the Country Living and Tuscan Living guest rooms can accommodate up to 3 people at $50 for the third person per night. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please note: The Inn has two full baths, upstairs full bath is shared, and first floor full bath is shared.
GROUPS: For groups reserving three or more rooms, an advance payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room is refundable if any or all reservations are cancelled at least thirty one (31) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Please contact the Inn directly at 440-361-4044 to make a reservation using your gift certificate, in order to verify guest room availability and process payment. Reservations using gift certificates may not be made online.
MAJOR CREDIT CARDS: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: We charge your first night's stay (room and tax) to guarantee your reservation. Because we are a small, independent Inn, cancellations significantly affect us. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of any room night we cannot re-book. An early departure is deemed a cancellation and subject to our cancellation policy if guests check out prior to their departure date.
SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
DAMAGES: Please note that we do keep your credit card information on file until you have been checked out. In the event that there are any damages to your room or the Inn property, we reserve the right to charge your card for repairs or replacements.
BED TAX: 5% State of Ohio bed tax is charged per night stay and included in your total charges.
POSTED QUIET HOURS: Because this Inn can be shared with 8 people at any one time, please respect the posted quiet hours on Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm. We ask that you respect others comfort and rest by keeping conversations and noise to a minimum.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is never allowed inside the Inn, however designated outdoor areas are available.
NO PETS: Please call for help in boarding your pet locally. For those with allergies, please note that there are dogs living on the premises.
CHILDREN: 12 years and older are welcome, twin beds can be added to two of our guest rooms for a fee.
